Quality Assurance

The Directors and Staff of ACEM Geotechniques are committed to the adoption of formal Quality Assuranc procedures as a means o achieving the mission and vision of the firm. Quality Assurance is the responsibility of everyone. The continued success of the company requires that we deliver our service in conformance with the requirements of our clients. Quality could be described as “conformance to requirements” and it is the intent that all staff direct their efforts to ensuring that all work conforms to the requirements of the client at all times.

It is common sense that it is always more efficient to do something right the first time, every time. We understand that the time taken to rework reports or test results because they don’t meet the specified requirements or because of error, is time wasted for all concerned, including (and most importantly) our client.

This commitment has been formalised by the preparation of Quality Assurance Manual and procedures which are used to control the technical activities of the firm. The QA system complies with ISO/IEC 17025 2005 requirement for Testing Laboratories, and is being developed for third party certification to comply with ISO9002.
